Returns: Glass that is cut correctly to the specifications you enter here cannot be returned so please be careful when placing your order.

Damages:

We carefully pack our glass so it can be transported safely from our warehouse to you. But unfortunately, as careful as we are, sometimes damage occurs during transit. We want to make it as easy as possible for you so all we ask of you is to examine the glass you receive for damage when it is delivered to you by the carrier, or as soon as possible after you receive it (within three days). Then, please contact us to inform us that your glass arrived damaged. (If damage is noticed while the carrier is present, please note this to the carrier.) We will then do the following:

1. We will replace your order as soon as possible at no cost to you.

2. We will report the damage to the carrier. All we ask of you is to hold the package so it can be inspected by the carrier usually within a few days, if they choose to inspect it.

3. We will notify you whether the carrier will pick up the package and return it to us. If not, you can dispose of the damaged glass.

Scratches:

Our glass may exhibit small surface imperfections. These occur during the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. Slight variations in pattern and color can also occur. This is not a cause for rejection.

However, if your glass arrives with scratches, please contact us to report this and we will do the following:

1. We will replace your order as soon as possible at no cost to you.

2. We will notify you whether we will send the carrier to pick up the package and return it to us. If not, you can dispose of the scratched glass.

Glass cut incorrectly:

If we did not cut your glass within the allowed tolerance of half the thickness of the glass (e.g., 1/8 inch thick glass will be cut plus or minus 1/16 of an inch), or we cut the wrong glass, or, for directional glass, we cut the glass with the pattern going the wrong way, please contact us to report this and we will do the following:

1. We will replace your order as soon as possible at no cost to you.

2. We will notify you whether we will send the carrier to pick up the package and return it to us. If not, you can dispose of the glass cut incorrectly.
